Pulled my ITBand on side of knee. Cbd ointment helped a lot. Easy to apply as a stick.
The CBD really helps with relaxation, sleep, and pain. The taste is pleasant too. I’d suggest taking no sooner than an hour before bed unless get little done or you want to fall asleep watching TV. I sleep like a baby now, thank you
