I have been taking CBD for about nine months or so. I am still not sure if it helps me sleep better but know that I definitely have more REM sleep. I still wake up often through the night and still struggle to go back to sleep. Only time will tell.

I was running out so took advantage of the BOGO sale! Still a bit pricey but a lot more affordable! Helps with my knee pain too. A veteran discount would be appreciated also.
